In slowness, there is growth. Gentle paces allow us to really feel our bodies in each pose. Breathe and settle in. This is where the magic happens. Classes are tailored to all levels, and modifications are always offered. Importantly, we’ll take the time to listen — listen to the river, the birds, the breeze, whatever is speaking.

Meditation
Meditation is a core part of Prairie Roots Wellness yoga classes, and the meditation technique offered is usually inspired by listening to the Earth — can you hear what she says if you listen? Breathe, listen, feel. Repeat.
